Target Audience: K-12 Teachers and School Specialists. In this session, participants will dive into the 2025 North Carolina English Language Development (ELD) Standards to move toward a shared, school-wide responsibility for Multilingual Learner (ML) success. This targeted session provides a high-level overview of the NC ELD Standards. We have distilled the framework into a concise briefing, focusing on the foundational shifts and essential resources every educator needs to support Multilingual Learners by design.
